- assisted with survey design, site visits, and other evaluation of the Gates Foundation U.S. Library Program (2000-03)
- designed & produced several online surveys, to gather feedback from librarians and library patrons

BRING Recycling — Eugene, Oregon
- assisted with the planning and execution of a major capital fundraising campaign to develop an environmental education center (2001-03)
- designed & produced master plan for development of a reused building materials warehouse and environmental education center
- developed online system for tracking prospective donors to a fundraising campaign
